FORWARD - The way forward to Lisbon 2010

The goal of the FORWARD project is to give project participants (13 from 9 different countries) elements of knowledge and awareness to develop Lifelong Learning strategies in the European Union and reach the Lisbon strategy benchmarks related to learning. Therefore the strengths and weaknesses in the LLL strategy building process of partner countries will be identified and guidelines, operating lines and an interaction model will be drawn up to develop and implement LLL strategies.
