Coordination Office of the Stuttgart Region Skilled Personnel Alliance

funded by means from the European Social Fund (ESF)


The Coordination Office of the Stuttgart Region Skilled Personnel Alliance is based on the Baden-Württemberg Skilled Personnel Alliance, founded in 2011, and its objectives.

Based on these objectives, the regional alliance defined the following thematic foci:

1. Structural tasks of the coordination office
• Coordination of the steering committee Job Market Monitor
• Interface function for the Länder-, regional, and communal levels
• Communication and networking tasks

2. Utilisation of the endogenous potential
• Quali-Lift
• Compatibility of family and career
• Near-fulltime employment

3. Trans-regional recruitment
• International recruitment
• German (language) plus professional practical training
• A Culture of Welcome in academia
