Technology Transfer for Manufacturing Technologies in the Stuttgart Region

This project provides a new service especially for small and medium sized companies (SMEs), working in the field of manufacturing technologies.

This project provides a new service especially for small and medium sized companies (SMEs), working in the field of manufacturing technologies and are located within the Stuttgart Region. Main feature of this project is a Technology Trans¬fer-Manager supporting SMEs in order to get better access to exploitable research results. Main objective oft he project is to bring more innovative ideas to the markets in order to foster the competitiveness of technology oriented regional SMEs. Supporting activities of the Technology Trans¬fer-Manager are e.g.:•    Setup of fitting contacts between companies and research facilities•    Initialise the adaption of research results according to the special needs and requirements of a company•    Information about project complementary funding streams•    Giving guidance also on non-technical problems concerning the implementation of new technologies
